“Welcome to the Third World” is a very funky track by the Dandy Warhols with an interesting animated video clip – different from a lot of their other stuff.

Reminds me a little of Fritz the Cat which was directed by Ralph Bakshi. This one’s directed by Courtney Taylor (from the Dandy’s) & Webster Colcord – check out his show reel here:
